Elizabeth Sawtelle, Curator for Bert Gallery, recently interviewed photographer, Carmel Vitullo, who was featured in our recent exhibit, Documenting a Moment, a Place, an Era: Photographs by O. Winston Link (Louisiana 1937-1941) and Carmel Vitullo (Rhode Island 1950-1960). Vitullo is represented by Bert Gallery. She speaks here about her work and growing up on Federal Hill in Providence.
